These days may feel scary and unsettling. It’s hard to defeat fear when you feel alone. But we can use our creative energies to enter a place where your higher self and the heart of the child meet.

(Arrive on time) Please be in a space where you will not be interrupted. No experience necessary. Bring pen and paper. Dress comfy, and bring your drink of choice along.

This class promotes calm peaceful feelings and spontaneous giggles.
